Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup
    Soft tofu (made with calcium sulfate)
  • 1/2 Cup
    Unsweetened, frozen strawberries or other fruit
  • 1/2 Cup
    calcium fortified orange juice
  • 1 Teaspoon
    honey
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Peanut butter, no salt added

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into blender. Mix until smooth.

Nutrition: Per Serving: 290 calories, 12 g total fat (1 g saturated fat), 34 g carbohydrate, 13 g protein, 3 g fiber, 10 mg sodium; 300 mg calcium (30% of daily value)
