Shopping List for Week 5 Menu

Use this shopping list to help you plan your grocery shopping trip.  This list is based on the Week 5 Menu and Recipes.  Use the Recipe Key to disregard any ingredients from any particular recipe you do not wish to create.

BOM – Banana Oatmeal Muffin

GP – Grilled Panzanella

ALW – Asian Lettuce Wrap with Red Peppers, Edamame and Chicken

PMC – Pumpkin Mac and Cheese

 

Produce

Bananas, 3 ripe (BOM)

Bell pepper, 2 red (GP, ALW)

Bibb (Boston) Lettuce (ALW)

Carrots, 1/2 cup grated (ALW)

Cucumber, 1 medium (GP)

Tomato, 3 large (GP)

Garlic, 2 heads (GP, ALW)

Edamame, frozen (ALW)

Green onion (ALW)

Pumpkin, 1 cup canned unsweetened (PMC)

Fresh fruit of your choice, 4 pieces or 2-3 cups pre-cut

Whole-wheat pastry flour, 1 ½ cups (BOM)

Fish of your choice, 4 oz. piece raw (suggest salmon or flaky white fish) (GP)

Chicken, breast (ALW)

 

Dairy

Buttermilk, low-fat or fat-free, 8 oz. (BOM)

Cheddar cheese, sharp, 50% fat (PMC)

Cottage cheese, low-fat, 4 oz.

Egg, 1 large (BOM)

Milk, low-fat or fat-free (PMC)

Parmesan cheese (PMC)

Yogurt, fat-free or low-fat, 2 – 6 oz. individual containers
