Berry Delicious Smoothie with Green Tea

Serves 2 - 1 cup servings

Here is a great combination of ingredients for a colorful smoothie.  Perfect for a fast breakfast or a healthy snack.


  • 1 Cup
    Green tea, chilled
  • 3/4 Cups
    plain Greek or regular yogurt
  • 1 Cup
    fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 Cup
    fresh or frozen sliced peaches (about 1 medium-large peach, sliced)
  • 2 Teaspoons
  • 6
    fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2
    inch fresh ginger
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    ground cinnamon


  1. In blender combine in following order: tea, yogurt, fruit, honey and mint, ginger or cinnamon. Whirl until smooth. Serve immediately.

Nutrition: Per serving: 145 calories, <1 g total fat (0 g saturated fat), 27 g carbohydrate, 11 g protein, 4 g dietary fiber, 51 mg sodium.
