Enjoy a nutritious and vibrant fruit smoothie bowl that is packed with fiber, phytochemical and most important – flavor!


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    walnut milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1/2
    avocado
  • 1/2 Cup
    spinach
  • 1/4
    green grapes
  • 1
    sliced kiwi
  • 3
    sliced strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons
    oats
  • 2 Tablespoons
    california walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, avocado, spinach and green grapes in a blender and puree until it has a smooth and creamy consistency.

  2. Fill the smoothie in a bowl, decorate with kiwi, strawberries, oats and California walnuts and serve.

Nutrition: per serving: 546 calories, 40 g total fat (5 g saturated fat), 45 g carbohydrate, 11 g protein, 14 g dietary fiber, 90 mg sodium.
