Shopping List for Week 7 Menu

 

Use this shopping list to help you plan your grocery shopping trip. This list is based on this week’s Menu and Recipes. Use the Recipe Key to disregard any ingredients from any particular recipe you do not wish to create.

MCV – Mustard Chicken with Summer Vegetables

LPT – Lime Pork Tenderloin

LBP – Lime and Brown Rice Pilaf

Fresh fruit of your choice, 4 pieces or 2-3 cups pre-cut

Raw vegetables of your choice for snacking, dinner side dish both nights and salad topping (suggest broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, carrots, etc)
